Raytheon tests motor for DARPA's MAD-FIRES self-defense interceptor
May 7 (UPI) -- Raytheon Company successfully tested a hot fire rocket motor for DARPA's Multi-Azimuth Defense Fast Intercept Round Engagement System, or MAD-FIRES.
